Due to significant changes in the 2L recruiting landscape, the BLG will be holding two 2L recruiting events for students seeking summer 2027 positions in Boston.
Resume Collect Program
The BLG is pleased to offer a small resume collect program in June 2026 for rising 2Ls with a demonstrated commitment to advancing inclusion within their schools, communities, or other settings, who are seeking summer 2027 positions in Boston. The positions are with BLG member firms who are still recruiting and require two semesters worth of grades before interviewing.
You will hear directly from the employer(s) if you are selected to interview. Unlike the January 2026 BLG 2L Job Fair, the interviews will not be scheduled on a specific date or coordinated by BLG. You will coordinate details directly with the employer if selected for an interview. The deadline to apply is June 9, 2026 at 2 PM EST.
Eligibility: To apply, you must be a rising 2L student (JD28) attending an accredited law school in the U.S. seeking 2027 Summer Associate positions in Boston. You must have a demonstrated commitment to advancing inclusion within your school, community or other settings. LLM Students are not eligible to apply. You must have a cumulative GPA minimum of 3.0 to apply. Your full transcript must be uploaded. If you are still awaiting spring grades, please be sure you update your transcript before the deadline of June 9.

2L Job Fair
Our first-semester 2L Job Fair took place virtually, via Flo Recruit, on Friday, January 16, 2026. The job fair provided BLG member organizations the opportunity to select and interview for 2027 Summer Associate positions from a nationwide pool of highly qualified JD 2028 candidates interested in working in Boston, who have demonstrated commitment to advancing inclusion, opportunity & belonging within their schools, communities, or other settings.
