Boston Lawyers Group (BLG) accepts applications from a nationwide pool of highly qualified 1L students interested in working in Boston, who are either law students of color or law students with a demonstrated commitment to advancing inclusion within their schools, communities, or other settings for its annual 1L Diversity Clerkship Program.

BLG member firms and organizations offer a ten-week clerkship. The number of clerkships are determined by the number of placements made available by BLG members. Selected clerks will be invited to participate in BLG professional and social events designed to immerse the students in life as an attorney in Boston.
