Todd & Weld LLP seeks an associate with approximately 3-7 years of experience in fiduciary litigation. Candidates must have excellent writing ability, financial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience practicing in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts.

Candidates should desire to support and develop an active trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied litigation caseload involving fiduciaries, including direct contact with clients, courts, experts, and other counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in fiduciary litigation, including but not limited to contesting wills, trust disputes, guardianship/conservatorships, and estate litigation

• Demonstrated understanding of fiduciary duties and obligations, probate litigation strategy, complex discovery, financial/accounting issues, and courtroom advocacy in contested matters

• Strong financial, analytical, and asset valuation skills

• Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding academic credentials

• Candidates must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts

Target salary for this position is commensurate with relevant experience: $146,000 - $178,000.
