Todd & Weld LLP, seeks an associate with approximately 3-5 years of experience in complex family law and possible probate litigation. Candidates must have excellent writing ability, financial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience practicing in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. Candidates should desire to support and develop an active trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied caseload with direct contact with clients, courts, experts, and other counsel.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in complex family law and possible probate litigation

  • Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding academic credentials

  • Candidates must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts
