Litigation Associate

Position overview: 

Hirsch Roberts Weinstein is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience in litigation in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate should have experience independently handling responses to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, with partner oversight and feedback. Experience with e-discovery, including working with e-discovery vendors and/or internal platforms is a plus. Candidates should take pride in their written work, approach litigation strategically and practically, and be eager to take responsibility for cases from pre-litigation through resolution. Familiarity with employment and/or higher education law is a plus. Candidates must be eager to take initiative, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team and perform well under sometimes tight deadlines. Compensation commensurate with experience and full- versus part-time status. Hybrid schedule. Candidates seeking a parttime schedule may be considered.
