Join the BLG for its signature Charting Your Legal Future program, focused on demystifying different private practice settings. Through a conversation moderated by BLG Executive Director Tracey West and attorneys from BLG member firms, the program will provide participating 1L (JD28) law students of color and others committed to advancing inclusion and belonging with critical information about private practice settings to better prepare them to determine what kind of workplace setting may be one in which they succeed and thrive.
This event will illuminate important distinctions between different firms and offices. Particularly in light of pre-recruiting and early recruiting, it is highly recommended that students attend to ensure they are equipped with information about different legal paths. The panel will be followed by a networking hour with a reception with BLG members and recruiters from BLG member firms.
Students should be prepared to ask questions, network, and hear advice on different career paths.
