Litigation Associate

Verrill is actively seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Litigation Practice Group in Westport, Connecticut. As one of New England’s top full-service law firms, we are interested in hiring talented individuals to join our team. Our Litigation Practice Group is among the most experienced in New England handling a vast array of litigation cases. Our team has tried more than six hundred (600) jury and non-jury cases, in addition to several hundred arbitrations, and thousands of mediations and administrative proceedings. The attorneys in the group are devoted to working closely with clients throughout the litigation process to resolve complex legal issues while providing the highest quality of service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience. A judicial clerkship is a plus. The successful candidate must have strong research, writing skills, and academic record, superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills with colleagues and clients, and an interest in practicing in Connecticut. Occasional travel dependent on business needs may be required. Admission (or ability to obtain admission) to the Connecticut Bar is required. New York Bar admission is a plus.
