The Associates Advisory Committee (AAC) is organized to advise the leadership regarding ways in which the Boston Lawyers Group (BLG) can be a meaningful organization for, and to, its constituents - lawyers of color and the member firms to which they belong. The AAC endeavor is also to assist the BLG, where appropriate, in its implementation of its goals and strategic initiatives.  Equally important, the AAC serves as an advisory group to the BLG Executive Committee regarding concerns of their fellow lawyers of color in the BLG member organizations.
